Marien Perez
Marien facilitates transformational change for organizations, leaders, and teams through her coaching and consulting services.
With over 18 years of experience working closely with senior leaders, Marien has developed a deep understanding of how to improve leadership competencies, harness team potential, and successfully lead change. She is recognized by the International Coach Federation as a Master Certified Coach (MCC), the highest level of achievement in coaching.
Marien’s background in Science, business and Executive Education provides her with a unique perspective, allowing her to bring rigor, method, and practicality to her coaching. She is particularly skilled at identifying the needs of individuals and groups during periods of transformation that require accelerated learning and high levels of engagement.
Clients who have attended Marien’s programs have reported significant improvements in their performance and well-being. They attribute this to their increased resourcefulness, the empowerment of their teams, and their collective ability to become more innovative, ingenious, and resourceful. Marien equips her clients with the tools they need to navigate change with confidence and competence while staying energized and engaged during the transition.
Marien is Spanish by birth and she’s been living in Oxford since 1995. Her English is tempered by a soft Castilian accent; her cooking is still heavily reliant on olive oil; and her coaching style has an Iberian directness that goes straight to the core issues.
Gabriela Maldonado Montano
The possibility for prosperous transformation is the reason why Gabriela has dedicated the last three decades of her life to working with individuals, groups and organizations. All of her clients have one thing in common: change – for some self initiated and for others initiated by someone else. In most cases the process begins with doubt, resistance, and distrust.
The message she shares with her clients is simple and profound: “You were born exactly with what is necessary for this transition”. Her work focuses on three areas: helping her clients discover misunderstandings that limit them, teaching them fundamental laws that they can count on through this period and coaching them to recognize in real time opportunities to adapt, create and thrive
